Restore a purchase

On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple Account, open TheoMaps and use Restore Purchases. Your plan comes back.

Cancel or change a subscription

Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then TheoMaps. You can switch between Monthly, Yearly and Plus Family yearly, or cancel, there. Apple adjusts the price for the time left. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel the free trial without being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple’s guide: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

Ask for a refund

Apple handles payments and refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Share with your family

Plus Family covers up to six people in one Apple family group, yearly or once. The family organizer buys it and turns on purchase sharing in Family Sharing, and then each person opens TheoMaps on their own iPhone. Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime are for one person.

To move from Yearly to Plus Family yearly, switch plans in Subscriptions. A Lifetime purchase can’t be upgraded, so Plus Family lifetime is bought separately.

Use a code

If your church gave you a code, open the App Store, tap your picture at the top right, then Redeem Gift Card or Code. It gives a free month of TheoMaps Plus, which then renews at $5.99 a month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.

Your notes and iCloud

Notes are missing on another device

TheoMaps keeps your notes in your own iCloud. Check that each device is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, and that iCloud is on for TheoMaps: open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud. A new note can take a few minutes to arrive.

Moving to a new iPhone

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account and install TheoMaps. Your place, bookmarks, notes, highlights and Challenges progress come back on their own.

Delete your data

Delete TheoMaps from your iPhone. To delete the copy in iCloud too, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, open your iCloud storage, choose TheoMaps and delete its data. There is no account to close.

TheoMaps is for iPhone, with iOS 26 or later.

Reminders don’t arrive

If you turned on the daily Challenges reminder, check that TheoMaps may send notifications in Settings › Notifications › TheoMaps, and that Focus isn’t holding them back.

Something looks wrong

If a summary, place or line to Christ looks wrong to you, write to support@theomaps.com with the book and chapter. We read every one, and put right what is wrong.

Teaching a group

Anyone can download TheoMaps free, so a group can follow along on their own phones. From launch, churches can ask us at support@theomaps.com for codes that give each person a free month of TheoMaps Plus. Presenter mode is coming.

Privacy and terms

TheoMaps has no account, no ads and no analytics, and what you make stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. The Privacy Policy has the details, and the Terms of Use cover the plans.
